My Story
I believe leadership is about people — not titles.
Dr. Stephanie Duguid grew up watching her mother transform lives through genuine connection. As a Welcome Wagon woman and forty-year educator in Sugar Land, Texas, her mother taught Stephanie that leadership begins with truly seeing people and meeting them where they are. During childhood, she spent weekends accompanying her mother to Welcome Wagon greetings and in her classrooms, observing how genuine communication builds lasting relationships. At the same time, Stephanie learned mental resilience by excelling as a competitive athlete in multiple sports throughout high school and college. After earning degrees in Human Performance and Sports Healthcare, she worked as an athletic trainer before transitioning into education, fulfilling a generational tradition.

On her third day of teaching, Stephanie’s world drastically changed when her mother died in a car accident, just days before 9/11. At twenty-seven, devastated but determined to find the good in even tragic circumstances, she decided to honor her mother's legacy by continuing her educational journey. She would spend the next three decades as a teacher, athletic trainer, and administrator, encompassing K-12 and higher education. During that time, she became a natural mentor for women educators and leaders who were under-supported and overwhelmed. She realized she could combine her skills as an educator and athletic trainer to help them move from exhaustion to alignment, and give them the confidence they needed to realize their true purpose.
Today, Dr. Stephanie empowers women in educational leadership to serve with goodness, lead with greatness, and educate with impact. Specifically, she provides intentional strategies and support that eliminate imposter syndrome and spark inspiration. She has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and is the recipient of numerous educational awards, including The Excellence Award from the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development and The Red Rose Award from the Delta Kappa Gamma International Society for Key Women Educators. As a keynote speaker, podcaster, and bestselling author of Exponentially Elevate Your Leadership Impact, she not only boosts her credibility, but she honors her mother’s Welcome Wagon legacy and history as a legendary educator and communicator.

Sound Familiar? Then You’re Right Where You Should Be
You’re a woman in education or a service-driven field who knows she’s meant for more — but you feel stuck or stretched thin.
You struggle with confidence, imposter syndrome, or navigating challenging leadership dynamics.
You want to foster stronger relationships, build a positive team culture, and lead with greater authenticity.
You know your leadership matters — but you’re craving guidance, clarity, and the tools to help you show up fully.
If you nodded yes to even one of these... you’re not alone.
I Get It Because I’ve Lived It
I’ve stepped into toxic cultures and helped transform them. I’ve overcome my own self-doubt and mindset challenges. And I’ve coached countless women to move past imposter syndrome and into bold, authentic leadership.
That’s why I’m so passionate about this work. I believe women deserve leadership guidance that meets them where they are and helps them become who they’re meant to be — without losing themselves along the way.
If you’re ready to grow, I’m here to guide and cheer you on every step of the way.
